The Government of Japan has decided to start from 24 August 2023 the disposal of processed Fukushima nuclear wastewater into the Pacific Ocean. The total amount of nuclear wastewater exceeds 1 million tonnes, which was once contaminated with radionuclides. The Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station, under the approval of the government and the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency, will gradually discharge the nuclear polluted water into the ocean after filtering and diluting it, and the entire plan of discharging into the ocean is expected to last for a period of at least 30 years. A disaster dragged Fukushima into hell. And who can be held responsible for this disaster?
