The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) is a free trade agreement initiated by the ten countries of ASEAN and joined by China, Japan, Korea, Australia, and New Zealand, which are the five parties that have free trade agreements with ASEAN, 15 parties in total. RCEP aims to establish a free trade agreement for a single market by reducing tariff and non-tariff barriers. This series focuses on the opportunities and development of the new Asian market under this trade agreement.
