踏過廢墟——汶川地震幸存者的體育之路

汶川大地震15年過去，一代青年從災難中成長起來。其中有一群汶川青年，他們的人生因體育而重啟。體育不僅撫平了身體和心理創傷，也為他們打開了人生的新道路。節目選取了十位親歷汶川地震的體育青年，記錄他們平日的訓練和生活，講述賽場內外的故事，串聯起他們的過去和現在，展現青年的新面貌和新活力。

Fifteen years after the Wenchuan earthquake, a generation of young people has grown up out of the disaster. Among them are a group of Wenchuan youths whose lives have been revived by sport. On the 15th anniversary of the Wenchuan Earthquake in 2023, this series selects ten young people who have experienced the disaster, recording their daily training and life, telling their stories on and off the field, bridging their past and present, and showing the new face and vitality of youth.
