日本右翼在中國的「名聲」很大。在去日本之前，對於右翼只是「聽說過，沒見過」。攝製組通過日本一位重要人物的引薦，幾經波折來到大阪，會見了當地一個右翼組織的幾位負責人。在對攝製組進行了一番「政治審查」以後，對方同意了拍攝要求。



攝製組用鏡頭記錄下眼前出現一幕幕的場景。這些右翼成員脫下制服，其實就是普通的日本老百姓。他們爲什麽要參加右翼活動？他們有些什麽樣的想法？透過這個節目，便能一一找到答案。
