中國生育新政探討

隨著社會發展，中國政府針對人口結構上推出了全新的生育政策—「單獨二胎」。在這個政策下，只要夫妻其中一方是獨生子女就可以選擇生育第二胎。以往中國在控制人口數量上曾推出多項政策，在獲得成效時同時也有不少社會問題的衍生。這次的新政策將為中國未來的人口帶來怎樣影響？

To coordinate the social and economic development, the decades-long one-child policy which once provoked huge controversy has been abolished in China. The implementation of the two-child policy is on a selective basis which makes eligible for having two children if either parent is an only child. This profound policy would bring new hopes and new challenges to this populated country in the coming future.
