A Taiwanese experienced chef. He is currently the Ambassador of Chinese cuisine for the hotel chain of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Executive Chef of Fairmont Peace Hotel. His strictness on the quality of food credited him as “The Chef from Hell“.
