一城一味,唯有最真誠的味道,才能感動食客的味蕾,還原你我的城市記憶。鳳凰大型原創美食真人秀《鬥味2》帶您赴一場舌尖上的雙城對決。



本季比賽聚焦「杭州」和「西安」兩大美食之都,透過味道展開別開生面的南北爭霸站。杭州菜餚注重原汁原味,口感鮮嫩清淡;西安以麵食和小食聞名,味道以酸、辣、鮮、香為主。兩地各12名廚藝精英齊聚《鬥味2》現場,配合每集主題使出看家本領,為自己的家鄉隊伍贏得冠軍榮耀。



節目延續第一季不見食材、不見技法的「盲品」賽制,24名廚師將以分數排名晉級,爭取成為最後3名在總決賽與對手正面交鋒的廚師。評審團除了原有的頂級廚師劉一帆,全新陣容更加入中國菜設計大師梁子庚,國際烹飪藝術大師、內地廚王屈浩以及鳳凰衛視《美女私房菜》主持人沈星,以獨到見解專業點評。節目現場也全新增設食客席,來自各方的15位食客除了犀利點評,更可直接評分,勢必要一眾廚師使出渾身解數,方能脫穎而出。



<b>評委團簡介:</b>



<b>劉一帆</b>

來自台灣的資深廚師,現任費爾蒙國際酒店集團品牌形象大使兼和平飯店行政總廚。因為對食材要求苛刻,他被稱為「地獄廚神」。



<b>梁子庚</b>

新加坡籍中餐名廚,被譽為全亞洲最年輕創意型廚師。梁子庚先生曾榮獲美國餐飲管理學院「五星鑽石國際大獎」。



<b>屈浩</b>

北京「屈浩烹飪服務職業技能培訓學校」校長,師從國寶級烹飪大師王義均先生。曾獲中國烹飪協會授予「中華金廚獎」榮譽稱號 ,為中國在世界烹飪史上添光彩。



<b>沈星</b>

知名主持人,在鳳凰衛視主持的《美女私房菜》倡導新的美食美色主義,以美食會友,用視覺和味覺分享生活的感動。



The brand new season of Battle for Taste gathers the finest chefs from two gastronomic capitals in China, Hangzhou and Xi'an. While Hangzhou cuisine emphasizes the authentic and mild tastes of food, Xi’an food is known for its strong flavours. In this battlefield of taste, twelve respective chefs from these two distinctive cities showcase their best cookery skills to combat each other in order to be honoured as the best team for the city they represent.



Through blind tasting, the chefs can only meet the judges after their dishes are tasted and judged. Their performances are recorded by marks and only the highest three can compete with the opposite team in the final. Apart from the judges formed by four food experts, the show also features a special foodie panel consists of fifteen foodies to comment and grade the dishes. Only the chefs who present the most scrumptious dishes can get a chance to win for their own cities.  



<b>Introduction of the judges:</b>



<b>Steven Liu</b>

A seasoned Taiwanese chef who is currently the Ambassador of Chinese cuisine for the hotel chain of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Executive Chef of Fairmont Peace Hotel. His strictness on the quality of food credited him as “The Chef from Hell“.



<b>Jereme Leung</b>

A Singaporean chef who blends the concept of Modern Chinese Cuisines with classical Chinese provincial food. He was awarded the Five Star Diamond Award by the American Academy of Hospitality Science.



<b>Qu Hao</b>

A student of culinary master Wang Yijun and now the principal of Qu Hao Culinary School. He also won the China Golden Chef Award given by The Chinese Cuisine Association.



<b>Shen Xing</b>

The host of TV programme Belle Gourmet that shares the art of fine dining. In the programme, she visits famous restaurants and offers home cooking with both great visual and taste to share the inspirations of life.
