魯豫有約 - 惠英紅 - 比電影還電影的人生

惠英紅於1977年憑電影《射雕英雄傳》中穆念慈一角出道，在30多年演藝生涯內兩度奪得香港電影金像獎「最佳女主角」，也是至今唯一一位憑武打片獲得該殊榮的演員。節目中，惠英紅帶魯豫來到香港灣仔區，回憶兒時在駱克道叫賣的生活。被譽為一代打女，惠英紅說出當初爲了脫貧而加入電影圈的經過，以及成為武打演員的辛酸點滴。談及一段長達5年的人生低谷，惠英紅真實剖白走出抑鬱症的經歷。同時，惠英紅不忘分享過往戀情和重回銀幕後的生活。

Kara Hui debuted into the film industry with film “The Brave Archer”in 1977. During her over 30 years acting career, she has won Hong Kong Film Award for Best Actress twice and remains the only winner of the award by a martial arts movie. In the programme, Kara takes Lu Yu to Wan Chai district in Hong Kong to recollect her childhood memories. Apart from talking about the reason of her becoming an actress and the drawback of shooting martial arts movies, Kara also reveals her survival from a 5-year long depression. Furthermore, Kara sheds light on her past relationships as well as future plans.
