《生命密碼》是一檔科學健康類節目，旨在打破生活中諸多根深蒂固的健康誤解，探索生命科學的奧秘和探訪尖端生物科技。節目從我們的現實日常生活入手，透過一場場科學的啟蒙，從健康、身體、乃至人類的存在與發展多方面帶給觀眾嶄新的角度與思維。
主持人與嘉賓調查員組成調查小分隊，在醫療的場景中透過實驗、體驗及採訪權威專家科學家等，對生活現象背後尖端的科研項目進行抽絲剝繭式解讀，引領觀眾對自然科學的好奇與欣賞。每集將抽象的科學概念形象化，探討的主題包括癌症是否命中注定的遺傳基因、運動創傷後的置換人工膝蓋、高齡產婦羊水刺穿的冒險、「美容針」肉毒桿菌的功與過、速凍卵子和人工智能等，一一解答大眾所關心的各種生命科學問題。

Life Code is a heath programme that focuses on science exploration. It aims to break health related misconceptions, discover hottest biology topics and unveil latest biotechnology inventions. Through creating a bridge between our daily lives and advanced science knowledge, audience are shown brand new angles and ideologies about health and body wellness, as well as human’s existence and development.
In the programme, the host forms an investigation team with guest investigators to visit hospitals and medical centers, participate in experiments and talk with health and science experts. Each episode transforms complex science concepts into visually descriptive information to answer a series of health science questions. Topics discussed include cancer and genetics, sports injury and artificial knee joints, advanced maternal age and amniocentesis, botulinum toxin, egg freezing, stem cell cultivation, mind control technology and artificial intelligence.
