「大哥大」洪金寶是香港影壇舉足輕重的動作演員，十六歲加入影壇的他不但曾擔任演員、動作指導、導演、監製和編劇等多重角色，也兩度獲封香港電影金像影帝榮譽。節目中，洪金寶在武術館與魯豫相會，更大展身手傳授防身術。從義務當童星到拜師學京劇和成為「七小福」的大師兄，他講述年少學藝及初進電影圈的經歷。回顧從武行小弟變成影壇大哥，他坦然說出在圈內近五十年的心路歷程和人情冷暖。同時，他也在訪談中透露與妻子高麗虹的三十年感情史。

Sammo Hung is a respectable action actor in Hong Kong’s film industry. Not only that he is known for his multiple roles of actor, martial artist, film producer and director, he has also been awarded the Best Actor twice in the Hong Kong Film Award. In the programme, Lu Yu meets Sammo in a martial arts school to learn some self-defense skills from him. During the interview, Sammo talks about the story of him learning martial arts and joining the film industry.
