生活在別處 – 中國新移民 II

《生活在別處—中國新移民》遠赴海外多國，包括美、英、紐西蘭、西班牙、意大利等地，近距離貼身追訪多位海外華人，講述聽他們生活在他鄉的故事。

他們有的是爲了給孩子更佳的教育和成長環境，舉家遷居陪讀；有的是富二代，學歷高，事業有成不愁吃喝；有更多的是為事業奮力打拼，包括辦餐館、美容院、農場、家電、服裝工廠、中國武術館、中醫館和月子中心等，在各行各業嶄露頭角；有的既積極融入外國社會，也努力維護華裔的權益，成為律師、房產開發商、政客、甚至參選國會議員，逐步建立起華人的影響力；有的已成為當地的傑出人士，在高等學府、高科技領域獨當一面，地位舉足輕重。

《生活在別處—中國新移民》追蹤他們的足跡，見證他們如何克服生活中遇到的困難、努力適應陌生環境，深入了解他們的夢想，呈現中國新一代移民堅毅不屈的精神面貌。

Living Elsewhere – Chinese New Migrants sets foot on different countries to tell stories of more than 40 Chinese from a 21st century perspective. In the past, Chinese migrants worked as labourers, cleaners, waiters, with low wage and low social status. Today, they are driven by bigger dreams: pursuing career as lawyer, doctor, accountant or even politician, or providing alternative for their children’s education. This thought-provoking documentary series captures the vibrant moments of the overseas Chinese.
