韓劇、購物、烤肉、泡菜…「時尚」，是很多人對韓國的第一印象，可是它相對保守的那一面對我們而言卻是既熟悉又陌生。節目走進韓國，尋找這個現代化國度中的傳統一面，並試圖從中發現蘊含的中國元素。節目分為6期，從韓國北部到南部，攝製組跨越幾千公里，相繼來到了韓國國立中央博物館、韓醫學博物館、佛國寺、安東河回村、高麗青瓷器博物館等地，訪問行業裏頂尖的大師，探索了韓國的佛教、儒教、高麗青瓷、板索里、韓醫、白瓷等文化，深入感受這個民族傳統文化的魅力。

Korean drama, shopping, roast meat, kimchi... "Fashion" is the first impression of many people on Korea, however, the conservative aspect of Korea is relatively unfamiliar to us. The programme goes to Korea to find the traditional side of this modern country, and tries to discover the Chinese elements contained in it. The programme is divided into 6 episodes. From the north to the south of Korea, the Phoenix crew spans thousands of kilometers. We visit the National Museum of Korea, the Korean Medical Museum, the Bulguksa, the Hahoe Folk Village, the Goryeo Ware Museum and other places. We also interview several top masters in the industry and explore the Buddhism, Confucianism, GoryeoCeladon, Bansori, Korean Medicine, and White Porcelain in Korea. This programme brings the audience to experience the charm of traditional Korean culture.
