Tetsutaro Shimizu and Yoko Morishita led the Japan's Matsuyama Ballet Troupe to perform the ballet "White-haired Girl" at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing in May, 2017.Yoko Morishita, ages 69, insisted to dance on the stage for the whole time, and this is her 12th times to perform in China. The performance marks 45 years of the normalization of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Also, this time is the troupe’s 15th tour in China since 1958. "White-haired Girl" as one of the important plays, has strengthened the friendship and cultural exchange between China and Japan. The ballet troupe, which is almost the same age as the People’s Republic of China, has witnessed the changes during these years, and brings peace and hope.
